Bob Sinnott has heavy CFO experience in multi-unit industries, including hospitality (restaurants, hotels, resorts), franchising, joint ventures, and real estate.  His experience includes public, private, and private-equity-owned companies with annual revenues ranging from $45 million to $1.5 billion. Bob’s experience at the CFO level includes: a)  Firebird Restaurant Group, LLC (El Fenix, Snuffer’s, Meso Maya, La Ventana), b)  M·Crowd Restaurant Group, Inc. (Mi Cocina, Taco Diner), c)  Romacorp, Inc. (Tony Roma’s), and d)  Silverleaf Resorts, Inc. (publicly traded resorts company). Earlier in his career, Bob worked or consulted for Brinker International, Inc. (Chili’s, On The Border, Macaroni Grill), Bennigan’s, Steak & Ale, Taco Bueno, Black-Eyed Pea, Dixie House, and Crystal’s Pizza.
