Alex Oswiecinski

Alex Oswiecinski is the CEO of Prospect Direct®, a lead generation company that uses its massive 350M+ B2B contact database to help salespeople find and connect to decision-makers at targeted accounts in over 100 countries. Prospect Direct® specializes in direct contact data, and also offers the Sales Assistant™ platform that personalizes outreach and content to “get the prospect conversation started” on behalf of customers.

Alex was formerly the Vice President of International Development and Operations at Which Wich Superior Sandwiches for over 6 years. He led the international division of the company, and was a member of the executive team during a period of time that saw the brand expand from 130 to 440 units globally. Alex was integral in identifying and signing master franchisees, and setting up the brand in 10 countries outside the US.

Previous to Which Wich, Alex spent 7 years with TGI Fridays in various supply chain and international roles. There he developed the brand’s first purchasing co-op in Europe and travelled to over 60 countries building a vast network of international investor and supplier contacts.

Having worked with a wide range of businesses from startup entrepreneurs to multi-billion dollar public companies all over the world, he has gained a variety of experience and perspective in developing systems that are scalable to match the needs of various cultures, industries, and organizational sizes.

Alex graduated with a business degree from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, and followed with a MBA from Cleveland State in 2004 prior to moving to Dallas.
